Our mission at MOM.com

MOM.com was created from a deep commitment to empowering young women with the guidance, skills, and opportunities needed to succeed. Recognizing the challenges many young women face—especially limited access to mentorship, career pathways, and supportive networks—we were inspired to build a program that provides both personal and professional development. Our goal is to help young women build confidence, overcome barriers, and create a clear path toward a successful future.

Through mentorship and hands-on learning, participants gain the skills, support, and exposure needed to discover their purpose and create meaningful paths forward. We envision a future where every young woman in Oakland, California, has the tools and support to thrive and lead.
